If you don&#8217;t have time to prepare vegetable lasagna, you can find it ready-made in our refrigerated section!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s find out how to prepare this dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients for vegetable lasagna:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 lasagna sheets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 eggplant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 red bell pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yellow bell pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ripe tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutmeg to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmigiano Reggiano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make Italian lasagna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the vegetables<\/strong>: Wash and carefully chop the vegetables and cook them for about 10 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Cook until softened, then season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare the b\u00e9chamel sauce<\/strong>: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the flour, stirring until thick. Gradually add the milk and stir well to avoid lumps. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, then add salt and a pinch of nutmeg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assemble the lasagna<\/strong>: If using lasagna sheets, cook them in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of b\u00e9chamel sauce on the bottom, then add a layer of lasagna sheets and some cooked vegetables. Repeat the process, starting with the b\u00e9chamel sauce, for 3-4 layers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Before cooking the lasagna<\/strong>: Sprinkle the last layer of your lasagna with Parmigiano Reggiano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cook the lasagna<\/strong>: Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F), cover the pan with aluminum foil, and bake your vegetable lasagna for about 30 minutes.
