Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g porcini mushroom ravioli
150 g Cortelazzi sausage and mushroom sauce (ready-made)
1 clove garlic (optional)
Cortelazzi extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste
Instructions:
Cook the ravioli in plenty of salted boiling water. Once cooked (following the times indicated on the package), drain gently, keeping some cooking water for possible additions. In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of Cortelazzi extra virgin olive oil and, if desired, add a whole clove of garlic for flavor. Pour the ready-made Cortelazzi sausage and mushroom sauce into the pan. Heat gently, stirring gently to infuse all the ingredients with flavor. Transfer the ravioli into the pan with the sauce, stir gently, and if necessary, add a ladle of cooking water to make the sauce creamier. Plate the ravioli with a sprinkle of grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
